Vibrant Living – Promoting Peace and Changing Lives in the World – The American Councils for International Education Program

We were all sickened by the events of September 11 and could only think of the horror. But could something positive come out of something so negative? Diane Brandon is joined this week by Kara Lozier and two students from Afghanistan who can personally attest to an affirmative answer to that question. Ms. Lozier is a Community Coordinator for the American Councils for International Education, who shares how this program is changing lives, including her own in addition to the students involved.
