Today’s guest is Raymond Ferrero from Addiction Recovery Legal Services (1-877-35-ABUSE). Mr. Ferrero and his partner Alan Levin have devoted their practice to representing families in Civil Court where they began to utilize the Marchman Alcohol & Other Drug Services Act. The Marchman Act is their way of assisting families to obtain and enforce confidential, court ordered drug and alcohol intervention, assessment, stabilization, and treatment before an individual suffers the significant and dangerous affects of substance abuse and addiction.
