Addicted to Addicts: Survival 101 – Athletes, Pain, Drug Abuse

Is the combination of pain incurred in sports (from middle school to professional sports) and the easy availability of prescription drugs, becoming lethal to our athletes? Is the “drug culture” to take a pill for anything that ails you, contributing to the impairment and deaths of our most promising fit phenoms? Is there a link between steroids, muscle enhancers, HGH, muscle relaxers and prescription pain pills?
My guest today is Sean Morley, from World Wrestling Entertainment. Sean is known around the world for his 11 year run with the WWE. During his career with World Wrestling Entertainment, Mr. Morley held the Intercontinental Championship twice, European Championship once, and World Tag Team Championship with Lance Storm.
Sean has been speaking to students around the world through WWE and public speaking programs for almost a decade, and now speaks to these same groups about the dangers of prescription drug abuse through Scriptdanger.com.
