Amy Carroll, Counselor and Psychologist was Donna Marie Thompson’s guest on the Bounce Back show about relationships. Amy shared an interesting take on relationship communications found in her book “Undoing the Ego Tango.” Oftentimes, without our knowledge, we act as either Predator or Prey. In fact, neither approach serves us well. Amy explores how we have the power to modulate our responses to find another way to get our point across. In doing so, we can improve our relationship and our life.
