Ripley Radio – A Minister who Went to Hell, Clairvoyance & Occult Powers

A century-old book that has been the basis for many modern self-help volumes contains some amazing, unusual and unbelievable claims. Clint Marsh has dusted off the old book, written a new introduction to it and explains what “Swami Panchadasi’s Clairvoyance & Occult Powers” is all about. Philadelphia minister Kevin Benton has written “A Field Guide to Hell,” in which he claims he has gone to hell and back – literally. He tells us all about that amazing journey. Also this week: Intern Abby tells the tale of fish falling from the heavens in Honduras, Edward reveals facts about the world’s first and only underwater post office and tells us that the Chilean flag that was underground with the trapped miners is now in the Ripley archives! We also find out what a swordswallower, an armless man, a legless Elvis impersonator and a former NFL player have in common, and the subject of this week’s Spot the Not! quiz is – Lava Lamps.
