Most of us forget that our brain is the perhaps the most sophisticated organ for feeling our way into the present moment – that we have within us. What’s more to the extend we get traumatized in any of our lower body emotional nervous system plexi, these trauma tend to mirror image register as web form patterns of resistance to energy flow throughout the neural cells in our brains. Such that by the time we reach adulthood, we end up losing huge amounts of solution generative mind power. To the point whereby we become overly obsessed with focusing on the same old problems over and over again, the very sort of problems that relate to our old uncleared trauma. Even worse, to the extent we keep holding our fear based patterns in front of ourselves, this via the law of attraction, is what we keep on attracting, more and more of the same.
