The Accidental Guru – Dov Baron interviews JT DeBolt about his Flight Plan to Success

JT DeBolt is a former US Navy pilot and naval officer. He spent over 12 years on active duty, ascending from the ranks of enlisted aircraft mechanic to commissioned Naval Aviator. He logged over 1,600 hours of flight time including armed surveillance and reconnaissance missions over Afghanistan in the months following 9/11, and even served on the ground in Iraq as a military liaison officer. JT completed his service in 2008 and began an entrepreneurial career with his wife, Mia. While flying was a lifelong dream, JT found the most rewarding aspect of military service to be the leadership lessons and success principles learned both as an enlisted sailor and naval officer. Today he shares those lessons with others.

An innovative entrepreneur,” Mission Accomplishment Expert“, and author of the book “Flight Plan To Success“, JT leans on his leadership training, trial-by-fire business education and aviation background to lead and inspire fellow entrepreneurs, students of success and business leaders to achieve their maximum potential in business and in life. Through the culmination of real-life lessons and practical military flight experience, JT empowers people to define and accomplish their life mission, while creating a vision and a life by their design.
