We are advocates; each Third Wednesday of the month my husband Conway and I share personal stories of our relationship and dealing with depression. He has been depressed most of his entire adult life; at least the 40 years I have known him. We share are ups and downs, black holes as he calls it. Giving tips and tools we both have used in order for others to be able to draw upon them if needed.
