As promised….the return of Fabio Comana – Exercise Physiologist with the American Council on Exercise. We had a great program with Fabio on October 21 talking about getting started on an exercise program & important components. We did some great myth busting. We had soooo……much awesome information, we are now going to discuss fueling our bodies properly with the right nutrition. There are so many myths out there on exercise nutrition. Get the correct information so you are not sabotaging any of your fitness endeavors & you are supplying your body with the nutrients it needs. NO FAD DIETS! We need to build & feed our muscle mass & we need to fuel our bodies properly to build our cardio endurance. We want our body to break down fat for fuel, not our muscle mass! So much of our success in these endeavors is hugely dependent on feeding ourselves properly. Fabio will eliminate the myths & give you the straight facts.
