A veteran of two decades in international sales and marketing management, he is the founder and CEO of the innovative Change Leadership Group, a management consulting and training company that helps companies improve their sales, marketing and leadership capabilities.
His latest book, “Selling Change” has won awards for Best Business Book of 2010, Best Management and Leadership Book of 2010, and Best Sales Book of 2010 and 2011. It builds on his first book, “Forceful Selling: How You Can Achieve Explosive Growth by Harnessing the Forces of Change”, which is a study in the psychology of change and the forces that drive it.

Over the past 20 years, Brett has demonstrated a passion for driving teams and delivering execution that consistently outperforms the competition and helps capture market share. Most recently he was a group product manager at Microsoft Corporation where he launched a new system integrator channel for the company’s unified communications products. Brett was also a group product manager in Microsoft Consulting Services where he developed standardized professional services engagements. Prior to Microsoft, he held a number of executive positions as vice president of sales, business development, and marketing in Silicon Valley high-technology companies.
