It’s a new year and the question naturally arises ~ what resolutions will you set for this year? We start thinking about our dreams and goals. But did you know that though nearly half of us will set goals, most of us will not keep them. We have to wonder then, why is it that we desire change yet find it so difficult to make it happen? Is it sheer willpower? What about expectations? What barriers are getting in the way? On today’s show, we are going to discuss just that.
