Addicted to Addicts: Survival 101 – BREATHE

For almost two weeks now there have been news reports and articles commenting on the death of Philip Hoffman, the renowned actor who allegedly died from a heroin overdose. So many different perspectives have spurred on a lot of dialog relating to relapse, recovery, overdose, celebrity vs unknowns, etc.

This week’s show is for you, the audience. It is not about this actor nor is it about all of the controversies brought up by his death. This week, Denise wants to give you some simple tools and a story of hope, to help with a little stress relief and ability to empty out all of this “food for thought” just for awhile, and have a nice peaceful day.

Denise’s guest this week is Nick Hansinger. Nick is a coach, speaker, yogi, and musician. Throughout his intensive studies over the last 23 years, he has discovered a unique combination of ancient wisdom and modern breakthrough technology to help people relieve stress, gain focus and clarity and live life to its fullest. He works with individual clients, small businesses, and large corporations to create more mindfulness and connection in all areas of their lives. The results have been dramatic to say the least. It’s a new definition of success.

Use your new simple tools and don’t forget to breathe!
