What does the term “co-dependent” mean? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Are you a co-dependent in any of your relationships? Are you a co-dependent in relationship to the addicts in your life? What does it look like to be a co-dependent? Does this term make us feel uncomfortable? This week’s guest is Debbie Sherrick of Insideout Wellness. Through one on one coaching as well as seminars and workshops, Debbie helps her clients to become healthy, emotionally and physically and to develop a spiritual connection in taking control of their own health. She has lead codependency groups at local churches and organizations.
Denise talks with Debbie in this interview about Debbie’s own experience and relationships with co-dependency. Let’s see if we can identify any of these kind of relationships in our own lives.
