Here is a recipe for a healthy salad dressing:
- 3 garlic garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup first cold pressed organic olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Chop garlic into small pieces and add garlic, salt and pepper to a mortar and pestle and crush together until it forms a paste. Add the paste mixture with the oil and vinegar to a jar, cover and shake. Taste to confirm seasoning. Shake before each use and discard if not used within 5 days.
