Healing From Within – Finding Multidimensional Healing

Host: Sheryl Glick R.M.T.
Special Guest: Elli Ho
In today’s episode of Healing from Within, your host Sheryl Glick author of The Living Spirit: Answers for Healing and Infinite Love which shares with readers insights on both our energetic intuitive nature and the physical reality of our everyday life utilizing the universal laws of energy for manifesting health, prosperity and love. Sheryl welcomes Elli Ho, author of The Story Doesn’t Matter: Decoding Your Life’s Hidden Messages This book is due to be released Spring 2015.
Elli and Sheryl will explore the fusion of science and spirituality, preventative medicine or energy medicine, in understanding wellness and disease. Elli received a full inoculation of science at Revelle College, UCSD, tempered by a year abroad in Tokyo followed by a Delta Omega Honor Society inducing Master’s degree in Public Health. Working in clinical trials and research at UCSD Dept. of Preventative Medicine was pure science in action, and yet, she didn’t feel that her understanding of “di-sease” was complete.
Elli was raised in Germany and Southern California on East-West spirituality, philosophy and meditation which inspired her to contemplate and study “Who am I, Why am I here, and What is the meaning of Life?…The space where science and spirituality meet.” A complex family situation finally prompted her to undertake an intense self study to find the essence of Health, Life, Love and Happiness.
More than a decade later, Elli assimilated over 100+ books in quantum physics, brain processing, yoga, meditation, personal development, entrepreneurialism, law of attraction, miracles, holistic nutrition, diet, spirituality, psychology, emotional intelligence, ancient shamanic practices, and energy medicine.Participating in hands-on training via certifications, seminars, classes and private coaching should have resulted in a PhD in metaphysics, alas, she became an author, speaker and certified holistic health/nutrition and life coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NY.
Sheryl says, “In my new book The Living Spirit Answers for Healing and Infinite Love, I explain how each person receives information from higher energy differently. Sheryl writes, “Through my readings as an intuitive healer, clients begin to understand their spiritual connections to a higher dimension, where souls who depart their physical body now reside and communicate with all souls on the earth plane. Some individuals, more sensitive than others are receiving more complex messages. There is a universal sphere of continuous knowledge beyond earth; it is the point where the past, present and future merge there is only energy. It is through a physical life that we begin to understand the strength and power of our divine energetic being: to manifest the best results in our everyday lives, we may incorporate healing energy sessions, as a catalyst for self improvement and to also improve the quality of interactions with others. Everyone has spiritual gifts and as we make the difficult transition from the mind centered consciousness of this three dimensional world to a sense of knowing from within the greater part of ourselves is our intuition and divine life force, we come to realize our true duality as spiritual beings having a human experience.”
Sheryl tells Elli in reading about her life-long involvement with her mother and in what was discribed she is am aware that her mother exhibited traits that present in people who have borderline personality disorders. For the most part, people who are afflicted with this serious condition often cause much chaos in their home and work life and it is very unusual to see much change in their behavior no matter what the therapy is. In other words, it is very challenging to be connected and involved with people who have this disorder.
“Borderline personality disorder is a cluster-B personality disorder, the essential feature of which is a pattern of marked impulsivity and instability of affects, interpersonal relationships and self image. The pattern is present by early adulthood and occurs across a variety of situations and contexts. Individuals with BPD struggle with many difficulties. For example, women with the disorder are at risk for feeling less satisfied by, and more often coerced into, sexual relationships. Adults with BPD also might have other personality disorders like histrionic personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder. In addition to those mental health problems, children with BPD seem to be specifically at risk for having several other personality disorders, including passive aggressive personality disorder and schizotypal personality disorder.”
Elli goes on to suggests what Living Happily Ever After is really considered to be and how to get to that point no matter what the challenges are. You must go beyond viewing situations as right and wrong. Elli tells us to “Decode the hidden meaning behind your every day events to remember who you really are. Life is not about your spouse, kids, boss, or car, it is not about your diabetes, your mother, the economy, or your dog. Look deeper, and Know the truth. As we shine light on our underlying beliefs, we will know our true life purpose and awaken our True Radiance.”
Sheryl describes how her new book The Living Spirit Answers for Healing and Infinite love express a similar truism and the three main points to take away from Sheryl’s books are; 1. We are Divine soul beings interconnected to each other and to the universal energy source that supports all of us. 2. Life is not random: throughout our lives, we will experience a series of coincidences (that are not coincidental at all), but spirit, whispering words of love and guidance in our ears. 3. Our loved ones in an afterlife dimension of energy guide us to expand our understanding of our soul nature and our physical life.
Therefore, we are the divine sparks of Universal Source, the ever evolving and expanding creative, loving force of life, by whatever name one may wish to call it, and therefore we may be eternal and live beyond this physical realm.
Sheryl and Elli have described the infinite possibilities for working past challenging childhood interactions with family and perhaps friends, to find a host of healing energies that support us in our inner spiritual development, that of the soul, and support our accomplishments in our everyday physical experiences at work, at home and in all the interests that we wish to explore. We seek learning how to help ourselves become more empowered, loving humans. As Gandhi once said, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” Therefore, developing your inner sense of peace, compassion and love for yourself and for whatever transpires in your life, considerate it not to be good or bad, but just an opportunity to find the best within your thoughts and actions and to become a radiant being of joy and positive force for the evolution of yourself and our world.
Elli and Sheryl would wish you to begin, if you have not already begun, to explore your own goals, desires, and wishes and one by one, with perseverance, consistency and dedication, master them all. It may not happen overnight, and there may be setbacks, but if you remember whatever intentions you make, may ultimately come to fruition and manifest in your life if you continue moving forward with positive values, thinking, feelings and actions.
