As a people, we’ve gone from having not enough information, to having too much information, and yet… something is missing. Most of us are bogged down from daily stressors, fettered by chronic illnesses, or struggling to achieve a general sense of just “feeling good”. Why is this? How does one counteract what seems to be unavoidable or inescapable?
The first step is to become aware that deep inside each of us is a place of “knowing”. A place that has all the information about us: what we need, the strength we have, what choices to make. This place knows us because it is us.
But first, how do we get there?
