Divergence in Healthcare with Dr. Henry dela Torre
Dr. Henry was born on June 23, 1949 at Cebu City, Philippines. He’s married to Elvie dela Torre and they have four children. He graduated from Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines in 1973 with a Doctorate in Medicine.
He completed Flexible Internship and Surgical Residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Brooklyn, New York from 1977-1982. His training included work within the Medical Acupuncture Training-Helms Institute Program at UCLA. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Medical Acupuncture and a Fellow of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
His working background include being an active medical staff member at the DuBois Regional Medical Center in DuBois, Pennsylvania, a staff physician at the Reynoldsville Medical Center in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania and a Medical Director of Mt. Laurel Nursing Home in Clearfield, Pennsylvania
