- A Fresh Start – Are You Kidding, I CAN Heal Myself? INTUITIVE SELF HEALING
Do you remember your science classes? Science has taught us that everything in the universe is made out of energy. Even the words you’re reading right now are made of sub atomic particles-electrons and protons-which are continually in motion. Since everything in the universe is energy, then your organs, blood, bones and every cell in your body are too.
So how can we heal ourselves through this energy? Listen to Sallie Felton and Marie Manuchehri share their own stories…
Listen in to Sallie Felton’s conversation with Marie Manuchehri and learn:
1. What is the power of the energy around us
2. What are the 7 chakras and why are they important
3. How are we intertwined with them
4. Learn the first steps to begin to heal ourselvesMarie Manuchehri is an energy medicine healer who is the perfect bridge between conventional and holistic medicine. She was raised in a family that appreciates preventive medicine, including the importance of eating nutritional organic foods and taking healthy supplements. Yet, it was during her work as an oncology nurse that she discovered and developed her skills as an energy medicine practitioner. The hospital turned out to be the ideal place to understand the energetic relationship between health and disease.
A self-taught healer, Marie learned to connect conventional medicine’s understanding of disease-as it was described in a patient’s chart-to what she could intuitively understand about how a patient’s condition related to his or her energy system. Over time, she learned to identify stagnant energy-a sign of disease-and move it out of the body, making room for free healthier energy to move in and work its healing magic. Freely flowing energy can release pain, disease, and help people move in a positive direction-toward health, wealth, and fulfilling relationships and careers. Marie also discovered she is a medium, with the ability to connect with those living on the other side. She uses her talents as an energy medicine practitioner and as a medium to help people heal their wounds and expand consciousness.
Marie’s private practice, which grew by word of mouth, now includes thousands of clients from across the world. She is an author, public speaker, teacher, and leads a mentoring program for others interested in the field of energy medicine. Her weekly radio show, Where Energy and Medicine Meet, on 1150AM KKNW, is wildly popular. Marie’s first book Intuitive Self-Healing will be released on March 1st, 2012 by Sounds True along with a 6-CD series How to Communicate with Your Spirit Guides. She lives in Kirkland, Washington.

- A Fresh Start – ARE YOU IN ENOUGH PAIN TO CHANGE; the second half of your life?
Some times we hit the wall; we feel so much pain and yet can’t act. This interview with Sallie Felton and Eden Sterlington will give you the tools and help you decide if the time is right for you to take the next move. Eden Sterlington, The Intimacy Officer, is the developer of the SatisFillment™ life improvement technology and the Get Back to Passion coaching programs. These personal, specific programs of activities were originally created for her personal use. After dealing with several life altering events in rapid fire succession, she needed healthy ways out of her own overwhelm before the stress and pressure PERMANENTLY buried her under a pile of invisibility, powerlessness, fear, and pain.
She is edgy, racy, politically incorrect, and profane, at times. Her boldness and directness are refreshing in a world that worships the ‘if-it-feels-good-do-it’ mentality. In truth, NOTHING feels better than living in SatisFillment™. What is SatisFillment™? Great question! SatisFillment™ is a lifestyle, a philosophy, a system of achieving maximum quality of life. This system leads toward that kind of life most deeply desired. Simply put, a life that is inwardly and outwardly congruent with your core values. Sounds simple, doesn’t it?
It is simple, but it is not easy. Without accurate self-knowledge, complete self-acceptance, and consistent self-control – true self-intimacy is not possible. Without self-intimacy, how can you possibly share intimacy (into-me-see)?
As Founder and CEO of Sterlington International, Inc., Eden has established a ‘edutainment’ company committed to supporting her peers – Change Champions, Wisdom Warriors, and Sage Soldiers (often blandly referred to as ‘Baby Boomers’ or ‘middle agers’) with practical, do-it-right-now ways they can make improvements in their thinking, health, and connections. Anyone willing to look for healthy, effective, lasting approaches to avoiding, minimizing, or eliminating their pain deserves to find them. SatisFillment™ is here to provide a solution. Coach Eden is here as your guide, your teacher, your partner in your journey. Your life on your terms. Doesn’t that just make sense? - A Fresh Start – STRESS-LESS HOLIDAYS, COME ON LIGHTEN UP…

- A Fresh Start – ARE YOU A CONTROL FREAK?
When you think of someone who controls, what comes to mind? Did you know an individual from your past, is it your boss, your spouse/partner or do you have friends like that? Join Sallie Felton as she interviews and shares her stories with her guest Danny Miller. Like most compulsive controllers, Danny Miller was always driven to succeed. He graduated from UCLA with honors in business administration and finished in the top 5 percent of his class at the UCLA School of Law.
While still in his 20s, he became a popular real estate instructor in the UCLA extension program and a few years later published a critically acclaimed, best-selling professional book, How to Invest in Real Estate Syndicates (Dow Jones-Irwin) He also founded the California Institute of Real Estate Education, which offered state-licensed seminars to thousands of real estate professionals.
Financial success came early as well. Celebrities and wealthy people entrusted him with large sums to invest on their behalf. By his mid-30s he could afford to live in the exclusive Old Bel Air section of Los Angeles, only a few doors away from Sylvester Stallone and just up the street from where Elvis Presley had once lived.
But for all his achievements and success, Danny had no sense of inner peace and serenity. How could he? He was imprisoned by his fears, anger and anxieties and thus not open to the wonders all around him.
It took a long series of personal setbacks, but at last Danny began a new life journey based on letting go of control. He tried to go with the ups and downs and twists and turns of life, instead of resisting them and trying to control people and events.
He learned effective tools and techniques for losing control in important areas such as family, parenting, love and romance, the creative arts, sports, and the workplace. He became an accomplished fine artist, a published poet, a champion tournament tennis player, a happily married man, and much wiser parent–all while cutting his work time by more than half.
Thus, through letting go of control, Danny found a different and more profound kind of success–an internal, core sense of well-being. He now counsels others and writes and speaks about the remarkable benefits of letting go of control.
- A Fresh Start – Pattern of attitudes and behavior, What makes the GOOD so great: admirable, creative and joyous people?
Sallie Felton interviews one of the best. Listen in to a candid interview with Donald Van de Mark discussing why he believes patterns of attitudes and behaviors make up some of our greatest well known individuals. Donald Van de Mark has been a television reporter and anchorman, an Internet entrepreneur and a public speaker. Now he’s an author with The Good Among the Great: 19 Traits of the Most Admirable, Creative and Joyous People.
Among his television credits, Van de Mark was Executive Producer, Editor and host of two public broadcasting TV series, Great Entrepreneurs and Great Leaders, where he profiled giants of business, including Andy Grove of Intel, Jack Welch of GE, Martha Stewart, Stephen Covey and many more. These programs can be seen currently through Comcast’s pay per view offerings.
From 1995 to 1999, Van de Mark was instrumental in the launch of the first digital, non-linear television network, CNNfn. There, he co-created and anchored four original television shows: Washington Unwrapped, The Media Show, Biz Buzz and Entrepreneurs Only. Van de Mark edited all four shows. With Terry Keenan, Van de Mark also co-anchored and edited CNNfn’s premier market program, Street Sweep. Additionally, he edited and co-anchored MoneyWeek on CNN. Throughout this time, Van de Mark was also a correspondent and a substitute anchor on Moneyline. On August 31, 1998 Van de Mark broke the story of Long Term Capital Management’s near collapse; an event that shook global currency, bond and equity markets.
Prior to CNN and CNNFn, Van de Mark moved “off-air” when he made his first foray into the corporate boardroom and the embryonic world of e-Commerce. On August 30, 1993, he chased down QVC Inc.’s Chairman and CEO Barry Diller as he emerged from CNN’s studio. Rebuffed for an interview, Van de Mark nonetheless began a dialogue with Diller that culminated in his joining QVC as Director of Corporate Communications. Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO, Van de Mark co-wrote with Diller speeches on interactivity and e-Commerce. He managed investor communications and news coverage as QVC made two widely covered takeover attempts: a $10 billion run at Paramount Communications and a scuttled $6.4 billion merger with CBS Inc.
Prior to QVC, Van de Mark spent five years in Washington, DC reporting on the political economy as the National Correspondent for CNBC. He launched his career in communications in 1981 at the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City. He became a desk assistant at WCBS-TV News. From there he joined Business Times on ESPN.
Van de Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University, where he majored in Political Science.
Van de Mark graduated from St. George’s School in Newport, Rhode Island. He attended Upper Canada College in Toronto.

- A Fresh Start – UNLOCK AND EXPLORE THE SECRETS TO THE SETH MATERIAL
For some this conversation might seem “woo-woo”, over the top, mystical or very new age; however, if you listen carefully none of the Seth material is new at all. Much of his teachings are thousands of years old. We can create our own reality, even by not choosing we ARE making a choice. So how can one be aligned and reconnect to the disconnect? Paul Helfrich has spent the past three decades exploring multidisciplinary approaches as an educator, researcher, webmaster, composer, writer, and lecturer. He earned his graduate degrees in music composition from Temple University (1985), where he composed classical music and taught music theory, history, and composition. His love of science and technology led him to Philadelphia’s Franklin Institute Science Museum, where he developed major hands-on state-of-the-art science exhibits including What Makes Music? (1987), visited by over two million people in the U.S. and Canada. He spearheaded the formation of The Science Learning Network (1994), a national program promoting virtual community-building among leading science museums and K-8 schools worldwide. His Mindscapes music CD (2003) is available on iTunes, Rhapsody, and CDBaby. His interest in Integral Psychology led him to earn a Level III Spiral Dynamics certification (2003) and Integral Certificate from Fielding Graduate University (2007). Helfrich has authored essays, presented workshops, and lectured nationally on conscious creation, the channeling phenomenon, and Integral Psychology. A Fresh Start with Sallie Felton, www.salliefeltonlifecoach.com was honored to have him share his time with us.

- A Fresh Start – LOOK BEHIND EVERY DOOR: A Former Street Kid Struggling To Survive, only to Emerge as a Man Finding His True Passion
Brian R. Chambers is probably the most unlikely person to have authored a novel, especially this one. Born in Boston in 1954, he spent most of his life in a small oasis known as Savin Hill in Dorchester that existed on the edge of civility, next to an area overrun with barroom hooligans and notorious gangsters who engaged in drinking and street fighting. During Brian’s formative years of the 60’s and 70’s, he managed to do his fair share of both—drinking, street fighting and drugs were his companions of choice.
He graduated from South Boston High School in 1972, an undistinguished student disinterested in his studies, except for a hidden inclination for poetry. After reading a poem he had written, his senior English teacher predicted, “Brian, you have a gift and you might even wish to become a writer someday.” He didn’t believe her. He left school to further his education on the unforgiving inner city streets. As a street kid, his life quickly cascaded into a hopeless existence. Brian traveled a dark and dangerous path, which led him to hellish places that not many return from.
A startling event revealed to him the true nature on his malady. He began to sense that his life was not meant to be the way that it was back then. From one of the grubbiest corners in the world, his life began to shift for the better. He became determined to alter his life, or if he couldn’t, he was going to die trying.
Everything began to change for Brian while on a favorite park bench he often frequented at the Boston Common in 1979.

She weaves her knowledge of what makes a business successful using real life stories about workplace cultures. Her thought-provoking messages leave audiences with information to take back to the office and immediately put into practice.
