Biography
Pet Talk with Page, Mike & Luke
Luke is the owner of Beach Veterinary Clinic in Bradenton, Florida. He grew up on a large diversified farm in Cherokee, Iowa and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. In 2006, he purchased Beach Veterinary Clinic. He and his wife have two children, a cat named Clyde, a pit-bull named Romeo and a Flat Coated Retriever puppy on the way. “The thing I enjoy most about my profession is helping animals and their owners in times of need.”
Michael Giblin and Page Knoebel are the founders of Satchel’s Last Resort in Sarasota, FL., an animal sanctuary/rescue dedicated to the care of over 70 last-chance animals. In their former lives, both were futures traders in Chicago, respectively, at the Mercantile Exchange and the Board of Trade. Over 10 years ago, they started their own rescue after a fateful call from the Humane Society of Sarasota County. Life has never been the same. Their family includes, Slurpee, Scruffy, Boingo, Panda, Bishop and Manchester – all much loved mutts.
