Forty years ago this spring Watergate bugged the nation and led to the downfall of a president. A burglary and the ensuing cover up brought down President Nixon in 1974 but will a dereliction of duty, abuse of power and the targeting of citizens as enemies of the state land our current president in impeachment proceedings, if not outright imprisonment. Our journey will take us once again to Benghazi and then to the IRS where a new police state is taking root and then it’s a short walk over to the Department of Justice where all the president’s men turn on their old friends in the press. In America this Week conservatives have their own legal ally in Liberty Counsel and Secretary of State John Kerry bows his way into the spotlight of Friend or Foe.
