The music world lost one of its most revered figures recently with the death of The Doors’ keyboard player, Ray Manzarek. In this episode of Music, Chris shares, for the first time ever, a discussion he had with Manzarek last year in Los Angeles. Chris interviewed Manzarek several times over the years, but in this sitting, Ray is particularly effusive and engaging. Just before that though, Chris talks with another keyboard legend, Jordan Rudess from Dream Theater, who shares details of his latest solo project, the new Dream Theater album, along with a recent Doors cover project he was involved with – as well, he shares his feelings about Manzarek.
