Self compassion. Self compassion is about developing a kind and helpful relationship with yourself. It is the opposite of being harsh with or even punishing yourself. Today you are going to get a chance to talk to an expert on self compassion and how to develop it. Dr Paul Gilbert. Paul is a professor at the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at the Mental Health Research Unit at Kingsway Hospital in the United Kingdom. Paul is the
