Saturn is the planet that deals in authority structures – business, government etc. Often depicted as a mean task-master, Saturn is what prevents us from being reduced to anarchy. Without Saturn we would have no organization at all. However, fitting into organizations – especially at work – is hard and we often need outside help. Today we talk to Daphne Miller of DDM Consulting, a business coach and leadership development expert who tells us how she eases people into the transition of new jobs and, in general, helps small and large businesses work better.

Our recipe today from my book, “Signs of the Tines: The Ultimate Astrological Cookbook” is a very hearty and Saturnian, “Yankee Pot Roast.” Saturn is all business – so I wouldn’t dream of wasting their time with anything less substantial.
