Talent, hard work, persistence, strength & fitness, longevity?

It takes all of these attributes and much more.

Join us as we sit down with 17 year NHL veteran, Scott Thorton.

Scott takes on his journey from NHL athlete, to Cross Fit business owner, to Ironman Triathlete, to the CBC 2013 Battle of the Blades Champion, and much more.
