Dina Proctor didn’t think she had a problem with alcohol. Not even when she was drinking vodka and orange juice every morning for her wine laden hangover. Not even when she would have a couple of lunch drinks to ‘make it through the afternoon’. When she set the date to take her own life, when the alcohol wasn’t covering her anxiety anymore, she began to reach out. “The alcohol isn’t your problem. It’s your solution.” She found a mentor to help her heal the reason why she was turning to alcohol and she began a method that helped her go from ‘Hell to Happy’ in 9 minutes a day. She writes about her experiences in her book, Madly Chasing Peace: How I Went From Hell to Happy in 9 Minutes a Day and discusses it here!
