Lilian Grace shares with us her journey to heal after her father’s death of cancer and after she left an abusive and toxic relationship. In hindsight, she couldn’t believe how she had allowed another person to control and abuse her the way her partner did. How did she move past it? It’s also in her book,Daddy’s Little Girl. Then Asher Fox joins Journey For Truth to share how he went from 300 pounds to 180 pounds. After successfully running personal training businesses, he knew he’d have to make changes to his body as well. He finally realized his own self-sabotage patterns in weight loss and overcame those. He shares stories about others he’s worked with too; patterns that emerged that were a surprise! It’s also in his book, Fat to Fearless.
Listen right here to two great interviews!
