This is the first in a series of college and high school student interviews.

Meet Brett, a college student who works at a local coffee bar. Brett has just finished his first year of college at a state university. But he began thinking about his future years ago. He’s a planner, he knows what he wants to do, he’s determined, and he’s got it all mapped out, along with a timetable. He has set his sights on being a CPA.

Listen as he talks about how one of his high school teachers encouraged and mentored him, what his college life is like, and why he values his work experiences. He’s put himself on an ambitious path and when you hear him, you’ll know that here’s a young man who will complete his college goals and go places.
