Are You Awake – Shame In. Blame Out. Part 3: Thought Stopping
Now that we have learned what shame and blame are comprised of, how they manifest, and what they look like, we are left with one question, “What now?”
Sometimes we are trapped in the environment that breeds these feelings, and it can appear daunting to overcome; maybe even impossible. It is in these moments that entering an awakened state is imperative. We may not have control of our circumstances, but we are always in control of our thoughts. In Part 3 of this series, Dr. Guldal advises us on how to prevail if we are suffering from one or both of these.
