It’s morning. You know its morning because you were just blasted awake by your alarm. Fumbling to press the snooze button, you feel your heart beating out of your chest. There is roughly 5 minutes for you to tell yourself you are too tired to get up, that you don’t want to do this, and scroll through your mental Rolodex to find a plausible and believable excuse to stay in bed. Then the dreaded snooze alarm charges you again. Sound familiar?

So many of us feel this on a daily basis, or experience it often enough to be able to write a book on the sensation. We are haunted, and it is daunting. BUT here’s a thought…add two more thoughts when you wake! That may sound counter-intuitive. It may even seem crazy, but listen to find out why it’s exactly what the doctor prescribes.

Go explore the world again with mindful meditation, anti-aging, and heal the soul, mind, and body. Continue along your journey towards health, wellness, and empowerment.

Intro produced by Sam Barton and mixed by FireFly Studios
