Do you have enough saved for retirement? Do you know how much of a nest egg or monthly cash flow you will need when you retire?
Putting money away in various investment vehicles is a must in order to manage inflation, taxation and future health care costs. These are all potential things that can eat away at our future buying power during retirement.
So how do you know if you have all the right investments or if you are you missing any key ingredient in your current investment portfolio? And should Real Estate be one of the important components included in your portfolios diversification in order to ensure a successful, worry free retirement? Well today we have an expert, who will shed light on helping us make sound financial decisions and what we need to know about real estate investments as part of our retirement plan.
My guest is, Whitney Nicely. Whitney is an entrepreneur who went from selling dump trucks to becoming the queen of
Real estate investing in east Tennessee. Whitney started to chase her passions and fine-tune her skills in the real estate market after college. She flipped her first house in 2009. Last year, she flipped six houses while planning her October wedding. Whitney’s real estate portfolio has grown from zero, to 17 residential houses, 19 apartment units and 7 chunks of vacant land across east Tennessee. She is passionate about teaching married couples how to build a side business together that helps them plan for retirement and doesn’t break them up in the process.
