Get Career Happy with Julie Bauke

Julie Bauke is a Career Strategist and President of Congruity Career Consulting. Her business focuses on educating and motivating individuals in building the career of their dreams. She is a dynamic and highly interactive speaker with a passion for educating and inspiring individuals to take charge of their careers. Her career includes human resources leadership roles with companies in a variety of industries and ten years with the global leader in career management services where she worked closely with diverse individuals, from CEO’s to professional athletes, coaching them in pursuit of their best “career life”. She left to start Congruity Career Consulting in 1997 to provide services that give people what they need to be career happy. She has been widely quoted in national publications, been featured on numerous radio shows and is currently the Career Contributor on Chicago’s WCIU TV and on Cincinnati’s Fox19 TV. She is the author of “Stop Peeing On Your Shoes: Avoiding the 7 Mistakes that Screw Up your Job Search”

She is a graduate of Purdue University and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Julie is on the Board of Directors of Bad Girl Ventures, and lives in a house of males- a husband, two teenagers and three dogs. She often wonders if she could trade in the teenagers for two more dogs.
