Balanced, but brutally direct and honest, Dr. Heath Sommer refuses to tolerate unqualified nonsense. What he does offer is humanistic insight and clear debate on the topics that matter most—you and your family’s mental health and well-being. He brings a careful but deliberate reference to everyday problems and social concerns. Want an example? “Drugs for anxiety problems are often like water to hot salsa. It feels like it helps but it just ain’t worth the time.” So says the Doctor – author, scientist, and social commentator and available every week, right here.
