Julie Rahm, M.S., is a certified Frame of Mind Coach who has appeared on numerous television and radio broadcasts, including The Phil Knight Show and ABC affiliates. John T. Rahm
Johnny was a Marine Corps Harrier fighter pilot for twenty-six years. He attained the rank of Colonel and served in the Desert Storm, Kosovo and Iraq conflicts, in the process becoming an expert in military and civilian aviation.
During almost his entire Marine Corps career, he was “in-charge”. One of his first assignments was as the Officer in Charge of Maintenance. He led a maintenance department consisting of 200 Marines and 20 aircraft. As a Lieutenant Colonel, Johnny commanded three different squadrons. His most challenging assignment was as the Chief of Staff, Second Marine Aircraft Wing Forward where he led the General’s Staff at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq.
Johnny graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a BS in Operations Management. While serving in the United States Marine Corps, he earned two Masters Degrees. The first was from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Science majoring in both operations and management. His second Masters Degree, in Military Studies, was earned while attending Marine Corps University.
He has written numerous articles, sometimes as John Rahm, and sometimes under his pseudonym, “Johnny Novice.” His articles include: “Bombing Accuracy for Dummies”, Marine Corps Gazette, May 2002; “Carolina Cavalry in the Al Anbar Province”, The USMC Aviation Journal, 2005; “Gaining Expertise”, (Johnny Novice) Latitudes and Attitudes, March 2010; “The Palm Coast Pump Out”, (Johnny Novice) Latitudes and Attitudes, June 2010
