Biography

Wellness For The Real World with Dr. Veronica Anderson

Dr. Veronica is a dynamic advocate for living with optimum health and wellness every day. During her career, she has counseled thousands of patients to incorporate healthier food plans or eating styles (Dr. Veronica hates the word diet) and motion (not exercise) into their lives. These are but a few of the ingredients she adds to her recipe for full, happy lives. She also models what she teaches: she runs marathons for charities and has a black belt in tae-kwon-do.
Given her drive and desire to reach out to millions, Dr. Veronica is emerging as a voice for healthy living in today’s media.

As an entertaining, lively and provocative guest, she has appeared on national talk shows such as Our World with Neil Cavuto (Fox News Channel), and Live with Adam Carolla (syndicated). In addition, radio hosts coast to coast have seen their lines light up as listeners clamor to hear more of Veronica’s straightforward, pull-no-punches philosophy.

Dr. Anderson is the host of Medicine Woman, Modern World (www.veronicamd.com), a healthy living travel adventure magazine for the web. Loaded with practical tips and info-packed segments, it celebrates the mind/body/spirit connection as Veronica unlocks secrets to health and happiness from around the world and shows us their relevance to our lives today.
