Many conditions of compromised health are linked in some way to inordinate stress. While often not obvious to the person initially, their level of stress response to their life situations is a prime component of what drives the condition of their physical and emotional health. When stress is too high and/or lasts too long…when we fail to recover from what stresses us; one of the usual results is a detrimental effect on health.
Stress affects most people at their weakest link, so each of us will show
widely varied symptoms of stress that are often unlike the symptoms of others, but screaming for relief just the same.
STRESS RECOVERY will explore and discuss the broad topic of stress, and illuminate listeners about various clues and signs to look for—especially the ones that most people ignore [to their detriment], the multiple manifestations of unrequited stress, and the many solutions for interrupting this harmful pattern and replacing it with healthy options…options that will help to drive RECOVERY from inordinate and damaging stress we experience…
