An exercise in: 1.) supporting ourselves to be whole being bio-feedback embodied; 2.) agreeing to feel into our body core; 3.) noticing that whenever we relax and feel into the energy of our emotions, we actually have more energy available to flow zone keep on moving, through us. Than we do whenever we keep ‘hyper fighter’ or ‘fleer avoider’ resisting and denying, and thus ultimately losing the very energies we require to help us realize our longed for ful-fillments.
