When the snow comes there is one thing every kid does and that is go sled riding. They spend all day in the snow only to end up cold, wet and tired. When I came home from sledding all day mom would fix me a cup of hot chocolate and it made me feel like a new person. The same is true in business, when they start to get cold or stale businesses need to start doing things different, thinking out of the box. Our guest, Jeff Long, founder and CEO of Executive Coach, is someone who pours hot chocolate for CEO’s and Entrepreneurs. He learned thinking out of the box from his mother.
Jeff will show us how we can all use the simple things he teaches in his business to help us in our everyday lives.
