Stripped Down Kitchen – Lightening up for Spring
After coming off of our Mardi Gras comfort food, we needed to lighten it up. Spring is coming, but it’s still too cold to brush off the grill, so Chef Geoff and Rocky put together some simple, light ideas that will get you back in the right direction to squeeze back into last year’s bathing suit. Chef Geoff puts out a green bean salad, and a spring vegetable pasta, while Rocky plays with a cherry tomato and basil egg tart, and a grilled artichoke. Fun stuff that is recipe free.
