Dr. Rossi’s guest this week is a nationally known turtle-tortoise expert. His name is Vic Morgan. And he is the world’s leading authority on keeping and breeding the Burmese Mountain Tortoise, the 5th largest species of tortoise in the world. As someone who has seen it all, he will give us tips on giving turtles and tortoises in captivity, and believe it or not the politics of reptile keeping in this new age. It is a truly extraordinary story, as Vic Morgan saved these tortoises from being on someone’s dinner plate!

Dr. Rossi also discussed the latest news in the Chicken Jerky story, and issued a stern warning against using these treats until the cause of the dog poisoning has been determined. Over 600 cases of poisoning have been reported to the FDA just this year!
