Peter McCarthy wrote the book Adrenaline Nation to bring awareness about the importance of what we are doing to our own health. Peter graduated from the Air Force Academy, he spent 20 years in the military, and also was an airline pilot for many years. He graduated with a Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy and is a practicing Naturopathic doctor. Peter emphasizes the impact of stress and poor diet, not only on our physical bodies, but our energy fields as well. He advocates alternative medicine when most appropriate for the individual.
