One of the secrets of Care Giving I have learned is to create as many opportunities to celebrate each day as possible. Daily simple experiences like taking a shower become reasons for enjoyment and celebration.

It is my hope that listeners may hear themselves reflected in my personal story and find comfort, good suggestions and solid tips that they may choose to apply to their own situation.
