Although the phrase “pursuit of happiness” reminds us of our Declaration of Independence, its meaning is older than what we have learned in history books. It even goes beyond written history. It is something that is ingrained in our cells, and it gives comfort to our souls while we pursue it. It is our purpose. Happiness is something that we can pursue without even having it physically in front of our eyes
