Mal Duane grew up in an affluent home on the East Coast and was a successful model in the late 1960’s and into the 1970’s. She was dubbed the United States Twiggy, was on billboards, magazines, and partied with celebrities and sports figures. She had money, beauty, status, and a colorful life. But, she had no self-esteem, no self-worth. She used alcohol to cover up her insecurities and became dependent on the alcohol. In 1988, she gave up her addiction and began living the five steps to her own personal empowerment. Listen to Mal discuss with Tami, Mal’s book, Alpha Chick-Five Steps For Moving From Pain to Power!
