Egg donation is made easier with freezing. Normally the cycles of the woman donating the eggs and the woman receiving them must be coordinated. The eggs must be removed from the egg donor at the precise time that the recipient is ready to receive them. With frozen donor eggs, they can be implanted whenever the woman receiving them is ready.
