This week I talk with Silicon Valley Entrepreneur and thought leader Michael Jay Moon.  He talks with me about Startup Ready.net, the company he founded to help professionals succeed in the new emerging economy. Moon explains how our economy has lost over 20 million jobs due to technology advances and changes in the business world. This means that many professionals are, or will be soon, corporate refugees. His goal is to teach professional refugees how to become entrepreneurs and startup ready for early stage firms.
