We all have two sides (hemispheres) of our brain: the left-brain and the right-brain.  The functions of each side are quite different from one another.  The left-brain is our logical and analytical side; while our right- brain is the feeling and creative side.

In order to make good decisions with money it is important that we engage both sides of our brain.  Since so many spending choices are emotion (right-brain) driven (think car commercials or clothing ads) we need to balance our decision making with logic and common sense (left-brain.

My guest, Dr LeeAnn Steinfeldt D.C., and I discuss the differences between the right and left hemispheres and how we can get them in balance.  Dr. LeeAnn helps individuals with chronic autoimmune conditions and neurological conditions. You can contact her at the NeuroBalance Center at 847-800-6162.
