IF THERE’S A MAILBOX IN HEAVEN by Celeste N. Bowers
God chooses us in different seasons of our lives to pick up our cross and follow Him. He chose my daughter, Christina, at the age of ten. She was diagnosed with a rare cancer and walked through the fire and pain with a sweet gentle spirit, never letting this disease rob her of living her life for her Lord and Savior. Knowing her God was bigger than any cancer. Christina faced this tremendous obstacle with unwavering faith and a smile in her heart. There was no room for anger, and the question, “Why me?” would never be asked. Instead, this diagnosis was answered with, “Use me. Use me, Lord, for Your Name and Your Glory!”
It is my turn now to pick up my cross and share her testimony with the world. “If There’s A Mailbox In Heaven” is written to my daughter from a mother’s heart. My Lord upholds me now in the pain and sorrow. He gives me purpose and the promise that I will see Christina again in Heaven. How blessed I am to be her mom
If There’s a Mailbox in Heaven, this is what I’d send my daughter. Take the time to unwrap every package bundled in love, filled with life lessons, and be forever blessed!
