Mark Gober is a young Silicon Valley investment banker who became curious about consciousness and set out to investigate all the current evidence that consciousness is not generated by the brain, ranging from OBEs and NDEs to remote viewing, telepathy, the afterlife, and what-else-have-you. His book, An End to Upside Down Thinking, is a stinging indictment of the scientific community’s refusal to study all the facts and is a wonderful summary of the current state of play in consciousness research.
