Two strangers whose lives intersect as they are both focused on careers. J.P. had one goal. To become one of the wealthiest African-American men in the county. He didn’t have time for love or romance. Lauren was finishing up law school and then her Father moved out of her childhood home. Now she was working two part-time jobs. Meeting J.P on the elevator each morning was not in her plans. How would their lives be changed? 

BIO: Benna Else grew up in Chicago and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1985. She got a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical education from the University of Tulsa and taught Special Education. All the while her love of writing and reading romance novels grew. The Elevator takes place in the Windy City as does her first book, Blind Love 001. Else is married with two grown sons.
