A song is on your mind; it plays on the radio; you’re thinking of a friend; she texts you. “Synchronicity,” a term coined by the great Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung, are “meaningful coincidences,” the simultaneous occurrence of independent events that appear to come from a source that understands the whole picture, like an author who knows where the story is heading.
